(our online store) and the buyer, to ensure a safe and smooth shopping experience for

everyone.

1. Contracting:

● The contract of sale and purchase is concluded between the seller (our online store) and

the buyer as soon as the buyer confirms their order and pays the price.

● The buyer's acceptance of these terms and conditions is an integral part of the contract

of sale and purchase.

2. Product Prices:

● All prices shown on the website are in the local currency (AED).

● The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

● Prices are subject to periodic review by the company

3. Payment Methods:

○ Payment by bank transfer.

○ Cash on delivery (COD) (An additional 10 dirhams will be charged for COD).

○ In the case of (COD), the customer may not refuse to receive the goods. In the

case of refusal , the customer shall bear the cost of delivery and return.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

● All products are shipped within a specified period (1- 4 days) from the date of order

confirmation.

● Shipping time varies depending on the customer's geographical location.

● The company bears the cost of shipping within the country.

● The customer can choose the express delivery service for an additional fee.

● To ensure that the order arrives correctly, Customer must put correct addresses

● Delivery to remote areas is subject to additional delivery fees (click here to view the list

of remote areas)

● The company has the right to return the order and collect the delivery cost if it is unable

to reach the customer

● Not being able to reach the customer if the customer enters incorrect contact information

or if he does not respond to the shipping agent’s call

5. Return and Exchange Policy:

● We are committed to providing high-quality products, and we welcome the return of any

product within 3 days of delivery in case of a defect or damage to the product.(Contact

the company inform it as soon as the defect is discovered

● The product must be in its original condition with all labels and tags.

● Returns are not accepted in case of damage to the product due to misuse.

● The company bears the cost of returning the product in case of a defect or damage.

● The buyer can exchange the product for another product of the same or higher value

within 14 days of delivery.( difference in delivery costs will apply)

● Exchanges are not accepted in case of damage to the product due to misuse.

6. Warranties:

● We offer a warranty on all products against manufacturing defects for a specified period

( TBD) from the date of delivery.

● The warranty does not cover damage to the product due to misuse.

● The purchase receipt must be presented with the product when claiming the warranty.

7. Intellectual Property Rights:

● All content on the website, including images, designs and texts, is protected by copyright

and intellectual property rights.
